Description

This sample processing scheme is meant for batch processing of samples in sets of 48. Samples will only be processed in sets of 48 and will be combined with an additional 2, 48-sample sets of samples for a high throughput MiSeq sequencing run. High throughput MiSeq sequencing will be 500 cycle v2 with a total of 48x3 sample sets.
