The Proteomics & Metabolomics Facility implements ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry (MS) to unambiguously identify proteins, peptides and small molecules in complex mixtures.
Experiment set-up fee for assisted metabolomics analysis
Description: Includes instrument calibration(s), LC solvent changes, column cleaning, QC and blank injections. For assisted runs, this includes sample transfer to injection vials and establishing sample queue(s).
