What is new

Recent updates to the application.

  • For Facility Staff:
    • You should now notice a new tab for reporting. We will be developing and releasing reports in the future to this tab to help track and export facility data!
    • You can now choose if users should be able to see the names of other users on reservations in the daily view via a facility setting.
  • For Users:
    • On the reservation page, there is now a button for a Calendar view which will allow you to see all reservations for products throughout Honeycrisp. You can also better see when products are available and easily click on their names to reserve!

  • For facility Staff:
    • Track unpaid external invoices on the Facility Overview tab.
    • External users can now self register for a Honeycrisp account from the login page. Once you have confirmed they are not active in the system, you can send them the Honeycrisp link and instruct them to register from there..
  • For Payment Account Owners, Fiscal Officers and Account Managers:
    • Default view on Payment Accounts tab is your accounts in Manage mode.
    • Easily see all of your accounts along with who is currently assigned as Authorized Users or Account Managers.
    • Bulk update Authorized Users and/or Account Managers from this page.

  • In App Messaging: You can now message other users and facilities in the app using the new messaging system. This is a great way to communicate with other users about orders, reservations, and other requests and can be initatied diretly from them.
  • Payment account requests can now be sent to fiscal officers and account owners from users requesting access to a payment account.
  • For Facility Staff: Changing quantity on orders with reservations should now work as expected - Note: editing start and end times will override the quantity.

  • My overview: There is now a personal overview page to see upcoming reservations, orders that need their attention, and other actionable items in one place.
  • Account managers on payment accounts: Fiscal Officers and/or Account Owners can assign delegates as Account Manager to manage payment accounts on their behalf.

  • For facility directors:
    • Facility directors now have their own overview page to see all actionable items for their facility.
    • Reservable products can now require reservation acceptance before start, allowing facility staff to review first.
    • For cores that have multiple reservable products tied to a single instrument that share a calendar (for example: assisted versus unassisted usage), it will now be allowed to set different schedules for each product. Review your product reservation schedules.
  • Added this page so you can see what is new in Honeycrisp!
  • Added the ability for users to request access to products requiring authorized use
  • You can now click on the calendar when making a reservation to select a time and drag for duration.
  • There is now an option on a reservable product to "Enforce Interval" which enforces that the reservation start and end times must be at that same interval of time from the hour.
  • Payment account owners and fiscal officers can now view all orders associated with their accounts.
  • Some other quality of life improvements and bug fixes.
